Casper Profile by xTaboo Casper Profile by xTaboo
Casper, my albino doberman. She turned one year old on August 11th 2012.

She's a female, by the way. Don't let the name fool you.

This image can be used for: figure study, pose and breed references, photomanipulations, commissions, prints, etc. BUT, you must leave me a link to what you make, even if it's posted off DA.

~CarolinaLang (since you've blocked me) I'm actually very nice usually, however, I believe people who try to accuse me of not knowing what I'm talking about are very rude also, so I'm just rude back. I show the same respect as I'm shown. I wouldn't assume to know anything about any of your animals that you don't. It's disrespectful. I assume you, if you have one, know your dog as well, much more thoroughly than I could.

An albino has no pigment. This one has markings, you can see around her face. Maybe she's a severe dilute or something.

I'm sorry, but please do some research before you start this with me. I've had two years worth of knowledge and information gathering because I've had to have this same discussion more times than I can count. I know what I'm talking about.

Albinos are quite capable of having markings. Some albino great danes even have spots (as seen here www.border-wars.com/wp-content…. Just because you can see the markings, doesn't mean a dog is not albino.

I mean, is an albino python (i22.photobucket.com/albums/b32… not albino because you can see it's spots?

lazerhorse.org/wp-content/uplo… oh hell. I see that zebra's markings. It must not be albino either.

www.unclemikespetworld.ie/fish… Well, the pet store told me this oscar was ablino, but I can see it's markings. Guess not.

I can see the markings on this raccoon too farm3.staticflickr.com/2011/36… it must not be albino either.

m9.i.pbase.com/o4/48/681948/1/… This hedgehog has cream colored quills. If it was albino, it's quills would be white, right?

Damn. I guess over half of everything the world knew was albino until exactly this moment isn't really albino because it's not solid white.

White (albino) dobermans are a cream color with pure white markings and blue eyes. << straight from the wiki page on dobermans.

Sorry if I sound over the top aggressive, but I can not tell you how many times I have repeated this speech. I doubt you'd be thrilled either.

I know my dog. The end. Have a good day.

Wow yeah you are really rude haha. Maybe if you're sick of repeating that, you could put it in the description of one or two of your photos of it so people could be better informed. "I know my dog". That's nice.
